Trigena helps clients build their own leadership capacity by enhancing their ability to learn new skills, develop proficiencies, cultivate expertise, and experience remarkable growth, while realizing their potential to lead with impact and excellence. Working within diverse industries in private, public, and nonprofit sectors on a variety of leadership and organizational issues, Trigena has helped thousands of people and hundreds of teams accelerate performance. She works with newly promoted leaders who are struggling in their new roles; high-potential professionals looking to prepare for the next level of senior leadership; and executives looking to hasten their effectiveness.

Adept at large scale efforts, Trigena designs, develops, and leads comprehensive leadership development programs that target client pain points and align with client needs, desired outcomes, and expectations for leadership. Building entire custom-designed programs, she assembles teams of contractors and manages all aspects of the program, including facilitation, quality control, and evaluation. Her approach does not stop at helping leaders develop skills and competencies; Trigena also focuses on values and thinking, which drive behavior.

Constrained by their mindset, many professionals find their talents and opportunities wasted. Trigena helps people see what is remarkable about themselves and break free of mindset barriers, clearing paths for increased performance and leadership capacity. To this end, Trigena begins every coaching and consulting partnership with a leadership assessment, believing that, “If we don’t get our mindset right, nothing else will work.

One of Trigena’s distinctive strengths is her candor and straight-forward communication style, speaking her mind freely and directly for the benefit of clients who have come to her for help to solve a problem. Not afraid of the difficult conversation, she balances her directness with empathy, respect, and grace, knowing when to push, and when to pull back. With a master’s in communication, she excels in reading cues and adapting her language and approach to get maximum effort from each client for the greatest impact in the shortest amount of time.

Trigena holds several certifications and credentials from esteemed organizations, including Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coach Federation (ICF); Board Certified Coach (BCC) from the Center for Credentialing and Education; and certificates from the NeuroLeadership Institute and the Academy of Brain-Based Leadership. “As an athlete, I always had a coach to help me accomplish my athletic goals. So, it made perfect sense to get a coach to help me better myself and achieve my career goals. Working with Trigena has been amazing and invaluable. She has helped me to discover my strengths and learn how to improve my weaknesses. Through our work I have learned to hold myself accountable and celebrate my successes. Just as my ski coaches helped me to become the best ski racer I could be, Trigena has helped me to become the best person and professional I can be!”
